To support the transformation of healthcare claims processing, the remote Senior Healthcare Data Analyst will design data transformations, ensure data quality, and serve as a subject matter expert while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance payment integrity and drive AI adoption. Key responsibilities Design and implement data transformations for medical and institutional claims, applying healthcare coding standards Perform detailed audits and write SQL queries to validate pipeline output and ensure data accuracy Identify overpayment patterns and collaborate with various teams to translate healthcare requirements into scalable data solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field 5+ years of experience working with healthcare claims data, including knowledge of coding systems and claim types Hands-on experience with payment integrity processes such as overpayment detection and claim editing logic Advanced SQL proficiency for writing complex analytical queries against large datasets Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices for analytics
