Job Description

FSC Franchise Co is looking for a Restaurant Franchise Consultant to be the face of our brand across an assigned territory of 25–50 franchise locations. You'll be the go-to partner for our Franchisees — building trust-based relationships, driving sales and profitability, protecting brand standards, and leading new restaurants through a successful opening.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact between FSC and Franchisees in your territory, building strong, trust-based relationships
• Lead new restaurant openings through construction, staffing, training, new store opening, and post-opening support
• Evaluate store performance on Guest Service, Food Quality, Cleanliness, and Systems, and coach Franchisees to close any gaps
• Partner with Franchisees on business plans, local marketing, and media strategies that grow profitability
• Act as the go-to expert on Operations, Training, and Systems across the franchise platform
• Keep Franchisees current and compliant on brand standards, programs, and relevant regulations
• Represent your Franchisees' interests internally and feed their insights back to FSC leadership
• Spot and spread best practices across your territory to build a culture of shared success

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience within a franchise restaurant system (casual dining, bar & grill experience a plus)
• Strong financial acumen and problem-solving skills — you can turn data into clear action plans
• Excellent communication and listening skills, with a track record of leading through influence, not authority
• A self-starter mindset — you manage your own calendar, priorities, and results with minimal oversight
• Ability to travel up to 75% within your territory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Valid U.S. driver's license; college degree preferred
