RESPONSIBILITIES Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications Installation of various types and methods of plumbing pipe, including Copper, PVC, Pex, Steel Pipe, Cast Iron Pipe, Solder, Brazed, Threaded, ProPress, Victaulic Perform high quality work while maintaining rigorous construction schedules Modify lengths of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as required Ability to work collaboratively on a team and independently as needed Actively maintain a clean and safe work environment to facilitate industry leading safety practices BENEFITS Health Dental, and Vision Insurance Employer Paid Short- and Long-Term Disability Employer Paid Life Insurance Policy 401(k) Matching Program Referral Bonus Program Eligibility to Participate in Worths Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Paid Time Off & Holidays Position Requirements Requirements Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening Must have Journeyman or Master License Have Medical Gas License (preferred) Minimum of 5 years of work/field experience in commercial plumbing industry Knowledge of various commercial plumbing piping systems including above ground, domestic, sanitary, and underground systems Punctual and dependable work habits Strong work ethic Ability to work on ladders, stand, reach, bend, and lift objects of up to 50 lbs for 90% of the day Equal Opportunity Employer Worth & Company, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity at all levels.
