We are looking for a detailed-oriented Healthcare Data Analyst to translate complex medical and operational data into actionable strategic insights. You will work closely with healthcare administrators and clinical teams to optimize patient care metrics resource utilization and operational efficiency.
Extract transform and analyze large datasets from Electronic Health Records (EHR) and database management systems using SQL and Python .
Design interactive dashboards and executive reports using Tableau or Power BI to track key healthcare KPIs.
Analyze operational trends patient outcome measures and claims data to identify areas for quality and cost improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity HIPAA compliance and data governance standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics Data Analytics Statistics or Computer Science.
3 years of experience analyzing data specifically within the healthcare or clinical sector.
Advanced proficiency in SQL querying and data visualization platforms ( Tableau / Power BI ).
Working knowledge of healthcare coding standards (ICD-10 CPT) and EHR platforms (Epic Cerner).
Strong analytical statistical modeling and stakeholder communication skills.
