The facility operates as a perioperative clinic delivering outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages. Clinical workflows are structured to support consistent and coordinated care delivery throughout the assignment period. On-site support staff, including MDs, medical assistants, and registered nurses, are available to facilitate daily clinical operations.
About the Facility LocationThe area offers clinicians on assignment a range of recreational and cultural activities suited to varied interests. The Museum of Aviation, one of the largest in the Air Force museum system, features over 85 aircraft across approximately 51 acres and offers free admission. Outdoor recreation is available at Walker's Pond, which includes a walking loop of approximately 1 mile, fishing, and picnic areas, as well as the Wellston Trail for walking and cycling through wooded sections. Families may also find additional activities at Rigby's Entertainment Complex, Monkey Joe's, and the Little League Southeast Regional Headquarters.
About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at an on-site perioperative clinic, working Tuesday through Friday on 10-hour day shifts. The expected caseload is 8-16 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing medical histories, physicals, and bloodwork and x-ray review. On-site support staff includes MDs, medical assistants, and registered nurses. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required; no call coverage is required for this assignment.
