Description
Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite IT support. The technician will provide hands-on support for users across multiple locations, troubleshooting hardware, software, peripherals, and workstation-related issues. This role is best suited for an intermediate-level desktop support professional who is comfortable working independently, providing excellent customer service, and supporting users. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Required Qualifications:
3-5+ years of desktop support, field services, or technical support experience.
Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
Experience supporting printers, peripherals, laptops, and desktop devices.
Experience working within a ticketing system such as ServiceNow, Cherwell, or similar.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
Familiarity with ITIL-based service support processes.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
