Were hiring experienced CLASS A - OTR flatbed and step-deck drivers who want excellent earning potential, brand-new equipment, and the personal treatment that comes with working for a smaller, family-owned trucking company.
Our average OTR driver earns approximately $3,000 gross per week while dispatched. Drivers are paid 25% and operate 2026 Freightliner Cascadias paired with new 2026 aluminum flatbed and step-deck trailers.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum of one year of verifiable OTR flatbed experience
Experience with flatbed or step-deck freight
Strong knowledge of load securement, chains, binders, straps, and tarping
Safe and responsible driving record
Current DOT medical card
Ability to pass required drug screening
Dependable, professional, and able to communicate well
Willingness to stay out approximately four weeks at a time
